When a visitor finds a broken link on your website via a search engine it's nice for them to be able to navigate past it and find the information they were looking for. Custom Error Pages allow you to display a certain page depending on the error the visitor gets, rather than showing the default error message. For example; the most common error is '404 Page Not Found', showing a page with a website map on would help the user find what they are looking for and have a higheropinion of your website.
Custom error pages can also be used to display informative error messages if a visitor does not have access to a specific page on your website (using our Web Page Password Protection feature) or if a visitor is unable to visit site due your site IP rules (via our IP Address Filtering features).
